Severin’s serve well-prepared fish and seafood together with seasonal ingredients. Often with Nordic influences – always with freshly caught seafood on the menu.

Severins is open for breakfast and dinner seven days a week.

BREAKFAST

Take a seat and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in Severins’ dining rooms.
Our breakfast is served à la carte, with no limit on the number of dishes you may order.

Served daily between 07:00 and 10:00.

If you would like to join us for breakfast only, you are warmly welcome to reserve a table.

LUNCH

Lunch is served in the bar at Varbergs Kusthotell, with a selection of bar dishes Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 17:00. During the summer, it is also served on the terrace.

We also serve a daily lunch dish, Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 14:30.

DINNER AT SEVERINS

Restaurant Severins is open for dinner seven days a week, with seating times between 17:00 and 21:30.

The evening supper is Severins’ dinner service, included in selected packages at Varbergs Kusthotell. Here, you choose the starter, main course and dessert you would like for your meal.

If you simply feel like enjoying something good to eat, you are welcome to choose freely from our à la carte menu.

GROUPS AND CONFERENCES

Are you a party of 8 or more? In that case, you will dine from our group set menu. Welcome to the table!

BAR

Take a seat and enjoy something to drink in the bar at Varbergs Kusthotell after a dip in the sea or a visit to the spa. From the bar, we serve house cocktails and classic drinks alongside Severins’ extensive wine list. Prefer a simple lager, some snacks or a non-alcoholic option? No problem. During the summer, the bar also extends onto the terrace.

BRUNCH AT SEVERINS

Every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 to 15:00, we serve brunch at Severins.
Service is at the table rather than buffet-style, allowing you to sit back and be taken care of – it is the weekend, after all. Four courses are served, followed by homemade gelato. Drinks are selected on site from our list.
